AcDbText::getTransformedCopy produces incorrect results

Question
Why does AcDbText produce incorrect results when the elevation of the text is
different than zero?
Answer
This is a known problem. One way to work around this problem is to set the
elevation of the text to zero before invoking getTransformedCopy and then
reseting it afterwards. Please see the function included below.

Please note that this problem affects all entities derived from AcDbText
includingAcDbAttribute, AcDbAttributeDef.
