照亮心灵的曙光
Bocelli 在 1993 年开始在欧洲巡回演出，当他唱起普契尼的歌剧《图兰多》“今夜无人入睡”的时候，巴黎人疯狂了，他们为又一个帕瓦罗蒂的诞生而起立鼓掌。1994年，波切利推出首张个人专辑《夜晚静悄悄的海洋》，并获得欧洲最重要的圣万雷音乐节的主题曲大奖。这年秋天，他有幸与帕瓦罗蒂同台演出“帕瓦罗蒂和他的朋友们”音乐会。在录制《歌剧专辑》的时候，他已经开始从流行音乐迈向古典音乐的台阶--摘取意大利男声的桂冠。1999 年，波切利推出了专辑《Sogno》。在专辑的封面上，Bocelli 十指并拢，作祈祷状，他的身子处在黑暗处，明亮的地方是他的脸部和祈祷的双手。阳光洒在那里，光由他的祈祷通向心灵。这时候，他身体里光焰炽亮，他知道那是音乐正走过他的灵魂深处，炫目的光焰弥散。
