SPLINE求最近点

As shown in the figure, I got the AcGeCurve3d object corresponding to SPLINE,
But no matter whether I use DB method or AcGe method,
AcGeCurve::GetclosestPointTo
AcGeCurve::ClosestPointTo
The nearest points obtained are equal to the control point P1,
If used
AcGeCurve3d::GetNormalPoint
Get the point on the normal line passing through P1, the result is false,
For others such as: kCircArc3d, kLineSeg3d....the results are normal.

That is, the correct result cannot be obtained for SPLINE (AcGeNurbCurve3d(2d)).

How can I get the closest point P2?
