Compensation
RMB 400,000 /Y plus year-end bonus. Additionally, you can enjoy a commission.

Working place: Shanghai, China

Key Responsibility
1.        Manages and coordinates all activities associated with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Materials Management, Quality Assurance and Personnel.
2.        Responsible for efficient and economical manufacturing of company products in conformance with established specifications and procedures.
3.        Directly lead the Operations organization to a level of performance identifiable with World Class organizations utilizing lean production and continual improvement techniques.

General Requirements
1.        Technical or Engineering degree and minimum 8 years experience in a related field
2.        Good written and verbal English + Verbal Mandarin
3.        In-depth knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes related to steel fabrication（Essential）.
4.        Experience with QA/QC programs, feasibility studies and ROI calculations.
5.        Knowledge of export Business is a must.
