Command: id  获取基准点坐标
Point:  X = 611000.0000     Y = 313800.0000     Z = 0.0000

Command: _rotate  执行旋转命令
ROTATE
Select objects: all  选择所有实体

Select objects:

Base point:  捕捉基准点
<Rotation angle>/Reference: 30  输入旋转角度30

Command: zoom  执行缩放命令
All/Center/Dynamic/Extents/Previous/Scale(X/XP)/Window/<Realtime>: e  缩放显示范围
Regenerating drawing.

Command: ucs  执行用户坐标系命令

Origin/ZAxis/3point/OBject/View/X/Y/Z/Prev/Restore/Save/Del/?/<World>: 3  选择三点方式

Origin point <0,0,0>:  捕捉基准点
Point on positive portion of the X-axis <611001.0000,313800.0000,0.0000>:  捕捉X 轴正半轴上的点
Point on positive-Y portion of the UCS XY plane
<610999.1340,313799.5000,0.0000>:

Command: ucs  执行用户坐标系命令

Origin/ZAxis/3point/OBject/View/X/Y/Z/Prev/Restore/Save/Del/?/<World>: x  绕X轴旋转

Rotation angle about X axis <0d0'0">: 180

Command: MOVE  执行移动命令
Select objects: all  选择所有实体
623 found

Select objects:
Base point or displacement: Second point of displacement: 313800,611000  捕捉基准点并输入位移点坐标

Command: ZOOM
All/Center/Dynamic/Extents/Previous/Scale(X/XP)/Window/<Realtime>: e
Regenerating drawing.

Command: id  查看原基准点坐标
Point:  X = 313800.0000     Y = 611000.0000     Z = 0.0000

对于矢量元素的座标平移旋转或者变形纠正，使用MicroStation GeoGraphics的菜单Utilities > Warping/Coordinate setup。
如果是要做坐标系统投影变换，使用tools > Coordinate System。
